the lift wont move in either direction now I have tried winding it both up and down and I still get both errors 4 and 6 which seem to be the top and bottom switches. Are these the switches that are triggered by the bump areas of the Carriage/Main case?

If so I’ve also checked these for continuity and they seem ok.
