If the batteries have been allowed do discharge then this is what you have. If so you have 2 options. 1 new batteries and reset the datum. 2 Remove the batteries and connect them in series ie red to black you now have a 24v cell. With the charger on put your meter onto the charge point on the rail to identify pos neg. Hold the batteries red to pos black to neg (connected in series) for about 2 or 3 minutes then re fit batteries in lift. (The lift must be on the charge point) if you switch the lift on it should power up. You will need to allow to charge for a few hours then reset the datum.
