Thank you Fredt, that would be very helpful. That has been my experience, Acorn would not even tell me who originally installed the stairlift. None of the local shops I’ve found will service Acorn.
The H7 triggers right after the vertical bend when leaving the horizontal section with the top charging point. When we lift on the downstairs side, it is level enough to move under its own power again. I agree, reprogramming is in order.
Do you recall how to enter programming mode? Do I hold in on the up and down obstruction sensors on the carriage and press in somewhere on the footboard?
