Spares supply from the company that grows on trees

We sold quite a few stairlifts a few years back from the company that grows on trees.
We haven’t sold any of their stairlifts for a w​hile now and this company is now refusing to supply us spares, even for the stairlifts they sold us!
Is anyone else having this problem? Can they legally do this?
I find this particularly irritating as we have (and continue to) put significant effort into helping them locate and repair their dodgy batch of stairlifts.
Please let me know if you are having problems too? I plan to contact trading standards on this matter and they might take it more seriously if there are more companies affected.

No problems so far, I use them for a few lifts only because it’s a decent product
The worst company to deal with in the industry by miles so nothing surprises me, are they giving you a reason?

Their reason is “because we don’t buy their stairlifts”!!!

Very strange, they usually just put you on pro-forma if you don’t order lifts on a regular basis
As I said before though, nothing surprises me

We use them tbh, but with gearboxes leaking left right and centre a change to another company will be on the cards soon.

Nothing grinds my gears more than an empty gearbox!!!
