Acorn 180 T565 Battery change reprogramming

Hello!
I’m a Acorn Stairlift owner from Germany and I got an Acorn 180 T565 installed in December 2017.
I’m a young guy with a paraplegia and the Stairlift is my only option to go downstairs to my basement (Like with most people in this forum). Sadly I had water in my basement and one day later my Acorn stopped working due to broken batteries. I really need to clean up the mess in my basement.
I changed the Batteries and now always get F6 and J3 Fault Codes.
I searched my way through the WWW and found a manual for the Acorn 180.
Sadly it’s a manual for an older Acorn 180 with switches on the PCB. I need a manual or instructions on how to progam my newer Acorn 180 model after the installation of the new Batteries.
Just lost my Job due to the Corona measures in Germany that struck down my company and I don’t have too much budget and time left for the expensive Acorn service…
However, is it normal, that the Li-Ion Batteries (just 18650 cells…) in the Stairlift die after less than 5 years?
For me it is really kinda curious how these stairlift companies act in Germany. Many of them cheat on their old and disabled customers and they really suck the money out of their customers. Also one employee told me, that the working climate in the company is really really bad…. Why is it like this?
I had so many problems with this stairlift and for me it is unbearable, that these products get sold for many €. The customers depend on these products and they stop working again and again…
Kind regards, Jan
Sorry for my bad English….

Hi do you mind sending me the instruction manual also. Email: dany.shakra@gmail.com
Also the batteries on my Acorn 180 are too low to recharge due to not being used in over 1 year. They need to be removed and recharged externally. Do you know what I would use to recharge them?

Were you ever able to figure out what to do after replacing the batteries? It seems like My Grandma’s chair doesn’t know where it is and I was wondering if there is an easy fix for it.

There are several 180 versions and at least two T565 battery types including unchipped, that I repaired and reprogrammed. Consider adding your sub-model info. Here is a photo of an unusual problem encountered in the middle of a remote reprogramming job. Guess what happened?
