Hi I bought a used bison 180 for my dad fitted it to his stairs I had to take a 300mm straight section out to fit his bend on his stairs and I could get the seat to move up and down no problems until the bend i think because I took the section out the program was wrong so I managed to get it up to the top charge point manually and just kept levelling it with the right 8 mm socket to get it up. I tried using the t565 program instructions by holding all the bottom safety switches in to get to U1 did that clicked up to choose U3 and up again to confirm , I levelled the seat and pressed the up side safety leg switch and chair beeped , my remotes don’t work so I tried it manually again so took it up to charge point P1 came up then manually took it up again to the flicker switch now on P2 so I manually moved it down passed charged point then L4 came up, I can change it from L1-L9 so assuming its the speed so choose L4 took it all the way down manually again levelling it as I went through the bend and down to the last straight got it to the bottom charge point then took it to its bottom flicker switch and P3 came up so took it back to its charge point off the flicker switch and it’s charging now with c4 but wont move anymore when I try to go up it makes the noise as if it going to move then just beeps I took it off the charge point manually and I’m getting a J5 what do I need to do next to either store the program or am I doing something wrong or can you give my some advice on how to get the remotes working as I have tried swivelling the seat hold both left and right hand leg switches and pressing down on the remote and swivelling the seat holding down on the chair switch and press down on the remote none of them work also tried all the channels on the remote with cutting the different green and yellow wires .Hope you can help regards Gavin
