Hi all. Brand new to this forum. Posting out of desperation! My Nan has got a Freelift Van Gogh. Fitted several years ago in conjunction with Birmingham City Council. It has taken her to the top of her stairs today, but won’t come back down. It has power, but if I either use the ‘joystick’ on the arm rest, or either of the two remotes, it beeps twice (as it usually does before it starts moving), and the red led starts flashing from bright to dim over and over again. It start to move, or even sound like it is trying to start the motor. Any ideas…?

Batteries?

A dimming Led suggests a drive fault….Batteries will provide a different warning if the lift has been in regular ues and left to charge normally.
