Handicare simplicity minivator 2000 end limit switch

Hi I’ve purchased & installed an minivator 2000 by handicare with the 2 rail n gear system. When I get to the end it won’t go the other way unless I hand crank it a bit. If I go slow & nudge it to the end it will go back. It seems to be going to far & hitting the End limit switch with the red button. Where I think the steel plate with the springs should be stopping it first? Is there an adjustment for that? Or is my dip switch settings wrong? This is all new to me.

You need to set it to fast ramp, number 3 on block 2 to “on”

Does anybody know why I can’t get it to wake up from the toggle switch? I always have to turn the power off for a few seconds & back on again to get it started.

Not had that before, turning the lift off is resetting the main board so I would suspect a board fault

Only when its charging. Works fine when it’s not on the charger. Powers off to sleep n wakes up with toggle.

K thanks. Does that mean I would have to change the whole board? Or can I have it repaired?
