Minivator track wanted

Hi
I recently purchased from Ebay a used Minivator 1000 to help my Mother out.
I have fitted it and it all works good apart from the track being to short. The top is great and lines up with the landing perfectly, the bottom is not so good as you have to climb to second step to sit in chair.
Does anybody know where I could source some extra track ? it would need to be hinged as per photo.
I emailed Companion who originally supplied the lift but they must be to busy to answer as this was over a week ago.

A Handicare dealer, you will have to buy the whole new track though

It would be a top section of track you need Just fit the bottom section further down That way you still have the hinge section working.
