Stannah 229 problems following a cable drum change

Hi,
I have recently changed the cable drum on my nan’s stair lift after discovering that the drum had broke and cut a number of cables. I now have a red LED lighting up on the main board, which i am taking as showing there is now power coming from the mains, down to the chair itself.
However, there is a problem between the top board and the connection coming from chair arm. There are no lights on the arm and there does not seem to be any power coming up to the arm. All fuses have been tested and are ok so i can only conclude that the top board is damaged.
Has anyone come across the top board or any of the large relays being damaged? or can anyone suggest anything else to test?
I have attached some pictures of the board itself.

That looks to be wired up wrong. The wago with 4 pins should have 4 wires. 1 and 4 complete the on/off loop from the landing controls and 2/3 are up/down from landing controls. Id be inclined to check the location of the white/blue chaser wire. I can double check on Monday when business resumes. Anyone feel free to correct me as its been a while.

If you could double check and confirm that would be great. I’ll try and get round some point this week and take another look.
Thanks

Do not switch that lift on! – wiring is completely wrong. One of the landing push cores of the trailing cable is wired into the mains primary circuit. Depending on how live has been wired and also earth which are not visible, either someone could be put at risk or one or both of the PCBs will have been damaged if mains potential has been backfed into the secondry side of the controls.
One can not completely advise how this lift has previously been wired as there are no prior and after photos of the lift PCB and the halfway box.

Checked today, it is wrong. Will need a pic of the half way box to confirm what goes where on the 4 pin wago as that isn’t a genuine stannah cable and also as reassurance things are wired correctly. I think the 2 pin green wago isn’t used. The two neutrals are connected together on the plug above. Does this chair have a powered swivel? That also alters the the live and neutral wiring. As Rob said, do not switch that thing on!

Thanks guys. I’ll get some more pics of the connections. The chair does not have a powered swivel.

I have added more photos which hopefully will help me correct the wiring and get this stair lift working for my nan.

Let me know if you need more pics from any other angle.Mark

White/blue chaser goes to no2 on the four way plug on the other side of the board (between grey/blue and white). Thats a older style 229 PCB and I havent found a diagram as yet to confirm Live and Neutrals connections
