Stannah 260 chair has no power

Hi, my stepdaughter has a stannah 260 stairlift installed, we had it installed by the local council as she is only 13, and has cp. We used it last weekend, then my partner moved it to the corner so it wasn’t in the way. Unfortunately the battery died, I tried the manual winder, which moved slightly then stopped, and I haven’t been able to get it to move since. I removed the batteries and charges them, even bought new batteries. Still no power to the chair, the master switch on front of chair is on, the switch on the arm is on, and the key is turned on. There is also supply to the charger, and the controls light up. The light on the arm switch doesn’t come on, and it isn’t beeping, even though it is off the charging point. If anyone can give me an indication as to what to check, that would be great. It looks like a call to stannah may be needed, but just need to get it going asap. Many thanks in advance.

Will only be a few things.
Make sure the new batteries are correctly installed and that the 20amp bladed fuse has not blown.
if that’s ok then it will either be 500ma fuse on

500ma fuse on pcb or safety gear is activated. Try put your fingers in downside cover on lower rail and flick it back in. You may have to lean/wiggle the chair to do this
