Stannah 600 OSG keeps triggering

Hi, I have a 3yo Stannah 600 that keeps triggering the OSG. After a windback and power cycle its fine for a few days then goes again, sometimes only a foot from the top of the track before it gets to full normal speed.
I think they use a pendulum design, is the trigger point friction based? We have long haired dogs and the hair gets everywhere and could maybe be gumming up the works? Any other ideas? It seem to run noisier lately too, although it does get greasing as per the install manual every now and then. -
Check the racking bolts haven’t come loose. Sometimes they unwind and the bolt heads shear off.
Remove carriage covers which should make osg visible downside if R/H lift and upside is left.
Worst case will need a new osg which means the chair has to come off of the rail
