Thyssen Flow 1

MemberI have a Flow 1 displaying “F” fault. (with flashing green light on the receiver board, v1.4.) ….. Finally I swapped the whole seat assembly for a working spare. The fault indication has cleared but the lift will not respond to the joy stick.(I swapped the remote stations as well) The receiver board, now v2.5, has two green lights, the outboard one steady and the other flashing. Has anyone access to the service manual and a clue what it is trying to tell me? The lift is in a church and has had little use, with a complete set of spares and a new one being £4k to £5k, I don’t want to give up on it!

ParticipantHave you reset the lift by pressing a joystick tip into the little recess by the display?
And is is at the bottom charge point.
PM me an email address I have a scan of the diagnostics menus-

ParticipantHi Kevin,
I’ve tried to read as many of your replies as possible about the Flow 1.
I’m trying to get the remotes paired up to a Flow 1 lift. It’s working OK on the joystick but apparently has stopped working on the remotes since the customer had a power cut. Now she can’t park it up out of the hallway. Any ideas how we can get at least one of them working?
Many thanks in advance

MemberThanks Kevin. I have sent you a PM (I hope I did it correctly) and would very much like a copy of the diagnostics menus. I will try the reset although the lift has been switched off at the service switch on the power board which I though caused a reset on power up. I can see why they moved onto the Flow 2 with a better set of fault indications!

MemberFinally fitted the whole working spare. The original is now a source of spares. never really got to the bottom of the fault, possibly out of vertical? Could not have got this far without the help of the Forum, many thanks, especially Kevin.
