It just needs reprogramming, if it has come off a hinged track then it is looking for the hinge enabled signal.
Move the lift off of a charge point. Turn it off put a link in on the receiver board across the two pins, then turn on go to each remote and press for three seconds.
Turn off then remove link and test – board should be programmed for non hinge setup.
Never said you did bite mate, I had already tried to reprogram but after advise from Stannah engineers I was told the chinge board would not work the remotes
Hence the reason for asking for parts
Apparently the only way around it would be to wire in the hinge control box as well and short out hinge enable so the lift thinks it installed on a hinge but it would have been a messy Install so decided to change the chair board instead
So if anybody needs a chinge board in the future give me a shout 😉
