If its as bad as you say it is take a video on your mobile as evidence and call meditek direct. Meditek take poor install very seriously. Also stop using the lift and demand someone from the council come and look at the stairlift today. If they wont tell them you’ve contacted the lift maker and would hate to have to call the local paper.
