I realised yesterday that the chair needs to be removed, which is very simple once you know, two top screws then lift off the bottom locating bracket, plus two electrical plugs to disconnect, now I can access the batteries.
As far as reassurance I am a qualified engineer so nothing daunts me its a question of working it through before you remove things, happy to have private messages if thats the best way with the forum.
I’m presuming as the batteries have failed I will need to reprogram the remotes but the reality is these are not used as Dad is on his own and the chair is always at the correct position as to where he is, but advise on this would help.
I also wanted to ask what the 4 red buttons individual buttons are under the covers as I can’t see any reference to these in any manuals
