Thanks for info, yes batteries have approx. 28v at the charge point. I was resetting the datum when the fault occurred, switching on and off will not clear the fault, I will recheck the batteries off charge but I’m fairly sure they are ok. (2 mths old – but did get discharged, hence resetting the datum).

How do you clear a fault? Or is the pcb/processor passing a small current through the brake coil and detecting an open circuit?
