In program mode, the chair operates extremely slowly – especially when you first press the buttons. the I- trouble code isn’t really a trouble code, it’s telling you that the chair is in programming mode. Just give it more time after you hear the beep and the chair should start slowly moving. The batteries will get warm while charging from my experience.
