Sounds like you have a different model than the one I have. However, from what I know, when you move the stairlift by turning the drive shaft the stairlift then needs to be programmed as to where the top charging station is located in order for the chair to know where exactly it is on the rail. This page may help you a little bit but by your error codes I am guessing that the models are different. The concept is most likely the same, however.
