From your picture that looks like the contact ‘brush’ is either jammed inside its guide or has broken off. Looking at the part posted by ianb it would seem to be a generic brush, If you can measure the old brush (the size of the square) you can buy much cheaper from somewhere like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PAIR-Carbo…r=412805002340 Good luck
