Thanks for responding,
I appreciate your feed back and concerns. Believe me Ian, I would never jeopardize anyone’s health and well being. I have over 30+ years of custom building and renovation in both residential / commercial fields with plumbing and electrical grandfather onto my builders license. I know Ian, that I have the mechanical aptitude to install this with the proper information from schematics and techs like yourself. I just need someone to answer my questions that i may have and any addition input that i should know. I also know that I will bring in a tech to reprogram the stairlift after I’m done installing and also to confirm my work.
I can see from your reply that you streak at re-using the option lever track, So I will order track to replace. ( Sorry,I’m from the time that we reuse and make everything work if its not broken and to save a dollar.) This is why I said in my original post my idea was, but that doesn’t mean I’m doing it that way without other input first because I do listen and follow direction real good.
Thanks, hopefully, I clarified things for you, I could use your input.
