All of which you can do yourself. All of the track pieces come apart and can be reassembled in the order that you need. You may need to purchase additional track pieces depending on your situation. Very noble of you to help your neighbor. It stinks that Acorn is so difficult to work with. If the staircase is straight, there are cheaper stairlift do-it-yourself options out there.
