What lift is that? Doesn’t find like a 230? More like a Minovator 2000? They have trunnions
As as for the dead 230 sounds like the OSG/ safety gear has come in? Where is the carriage top or bottom of rail?
You say you rehanded it? How? Bet you didn’t swap the thrust rollers over?
Personally I’d weight it in, 230’s were good in their day but now you will struggle to get bits for it and I’m surprised the rail is still in one piece! I’ve condemned several of them recently due to the center uprights where the thrust rollers run cracking and breaking off, had one customer glueing the bits back in when they fall off!
