Thanks Kevin. I have sent you a PM (I hope I did it correctly) and would very much like a copy of the diagnostics menus. I will try the reset although the lift has been switched off at the service switch on the power board which I though caused a reset on power up. I can see why they moved onto the Flow 2 with a better set of fault indications!
