Hi Geordie, Check old remote batteries are ok if so then check the old remote hasn’t been locked out. Simply press both buttons on the remote at the same for seven seconds to re-enable.
Failing that the new remote will likely need pairing. This involves removing the smart card to clear memory and reprogramming of the lift so would suggest an engineer does this for you.
There should only be a standard call out charge as it is a straight forward job and should be completed within 1/2 hour…..Total Lift Care are based in Ormskirk, Lancashire if this is local to you?
