your issue there is that the wago plug is wired incorrectly! looking at that plug going left to right it should be

1 grey/blue

2 pink/blue

3 red/black

4 red/blue

5 red – live charger cable

6 blue – negative charger cable

fingers crossed with the trailing cable wired correctly and the i/r link cable plugged in the remotes may start working?
