Powerdrive only have the whole OSG skate assembly and it isnt cheap.
The nodder is engaging the wheel which rules out the worn brake and the hold off spring, everything is clean and nothing is touching.
There is a small bent arm under the nodder onto which the nodder spring is located. I could rotate this a little to increase the spring tension a tad which should reduce the chance of tripping. I am a reluctant to do this as it will increase the tripping speed too. Does anyone know how to set this as the spring may have weekened with age?
