Is there muck on the sides of the rail?
If so then clean it off with a damp cloth, run the lift up and down loaded whilst its still damp, remove and muck laid down and repeat until clean after a few runs.
It’s more likely that your drive rack requires a little lubrication or the meshing may be out of alignment at the joins – I recommend you have someone from a local fim come in to check if the cleaning doesn’t sort it out.
