930’s were pretty much all mains powered as far as I’m aware. And if still connected up will most likely have gone into slack chain due to impacts over the years, if the chain is slack above the lift then remove the serial number plate to access the winding point for the motor.

I f you need to access the internal boards then locate and remove two 5 or 6mm allen bolts either side of the serial number plate on the top side and the whole case (with seat) can be pivoted over
