If transformer has burnt out check fuses are correct type in motor head and both trailers for abrasion and damage. Another fault i used to see was when the property carpets had been replaced and nails driven through landing push cabling. I would also check the bridge rectifier before going too deep into possible faults. it is easy to disconnect both Cinch plugs to pin point if fault is at motor head or carriage circuit. If it is found the fault is at the carriage, leave the motor head Cinch plugs connected and disconect behind the carriage panel, this should identify if the trailers are at fault.
