Thanks for the reply! I think the installation will not be an issue, as my parents installed their Acorn lift by themselves with no issue and it has been operating flawlessly for several years. This is what led me to buy my own set. I am familiar with installing the limit bar, but did no consider the fact that the sets I bought have 2 piece rails.
I only looked at the set for a few minutes to make sure if it in perfect working order, and will not take delivery for some days, so after I got home, I started considering how to utilize only 1 piece of the rail and did not know if it is easy to remove the charge point and relocate it to the other rail.
I guess from what you are saying it is easy to relocate the charge point.
