Assessor – Mobility Equipment

£30,000 – £35,000 per annum

The Company

Established over 30 years ago, this National business provides specialist moving, handling and bathing equipment to a range of care environments. They are experiencing exciting growth and are therefore looking to add another assessor to their team in the North West.

The Role

This is a Field Based Position covering the North West and Yorkshire, attending appointments with occupational therapists, health professionals and care workers to assess individuals and their properties to recommend the appropriate equipment to be used in their property and to survey properties for the correct use and installation of said equipment. This equipment includes, Stairlifts, Ceiling Track Hoists, shower chairs, stand aids etc.

You will be expected to attend 4 to 5 appointments a day, and whilst the majority of these will be in domestic dwellings there will also be appointments in care homes, schools, hospitals and commercial properties.

Requirements

• Good knowledge and past experience working with Stairlifts and other mobility equipment
• Full UK Driving License
• Flexibility with working hours
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent communication skills and empathy
