Installer / Service Technician

Tri-State Stair Lifts is a family-owned and operated company for over 26 years. We install; stair lifts, custom stairlifts, platform lifts, vehicle wheelchair and scooter lifts within the PA/NJ/DE area. We are an Authorized Dealer for Brooks Harmar Stairlifts. Due to our growth in the local tri-state area, we are seeking a skilled and highly motivated installer who will be the face of our company in the local market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The selected candidate will need to perform service, repairs, and installation of the company products and provide technical assistance and support to customers.
• This position includes equipment inspections and testing.
• We will provide your training.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent/exceptional customer service a must
• Interpersonal/communication skills with clients
• Cable, home improvements, HVAC and security/alarm experience a plus
• Problem Solving and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
• Maturity and ability to effectively meet the demands of the position
• Willingness to work longer hours and local travel to meet the installation schedule which may include weekends
• A candidate living near our office in Langhorne/Feasterville, PA is preferred
• Driver’s license is required; ability to drive company vehicle as needed, or compensated for using own vehicle

Work Schedule/Hours:

• 8 hours a day, M-F
• Some Saturdays
