As an Engineer, preferably with experience in the Mobility industry, you will be required to take on a diverse set of roles and responsibilities. Your main role will be carrying out servicing, repairs, fault finding and solution seeking on various mobility products, either at our showroom or the customer’s home.
We will supply everything you need to carry out your role, including tools, equipment, vehicle, and ongoing training. Additional roles include product demonstrations and supporting your colleagues in our showrooms. Your product knowledge will be continually developing to enable you to provide solutions for our customer’s mobility requirements.
Demonstrations and home assessments form part of your role and will include undertaking assessments for stairlifts, home lifts, wheelchairs, scooters, chairs, beds and other home requirements. You will deliver and install our products to customers, ensuring they are satisfied and understand how to use their equipment safely.
The ideal candidate for this position is a team player who can also use their own initiative to work independently. You will need to be computer literate to complete records in an accurate and timely manner. You will be compassionate and empathetic, preferably with experience in the mobility industry. It is vital that you are willing to learn and are committed to continually expanding your knowledge. Ongoing training will be provided.

Preferred attributes:
- At least 2 years mechanical or electrical engineering experience
- Experience working in the mobility industry preferred
- Engineering qualifications
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of DC electrical circuits
- Full UK Driving licence (Essential)
Location: Covering Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire
Additional Benefits: Pension, use of a company van, uniform and tools.
Hours: 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (includes paid 30 minutes lunch break), plus one Saturday in two.
