Salary GBP 50k : GBP 70k OTE + benefits
Our client is a rapidly expanding manufacturer of both straight and curved stairlifts. They are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to lead their sales team in West Yorkshire with a highly competitive package for the right candidate.
Determine annual unit and gross:profit plans by implementing marketing strategies through analysing trends and results
Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions/territories and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Implementing international sales programs with action plans
Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
Complete international sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
Maintain sales staff and work results (recruiting/training/orienting/planning, monitoring/appraisals).
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
Report to board level
Visit and negotiate with new and existing customer base
Demonstrate sales management in a similar position and the reaching of company targets
Experience in the stairlift market would be preferable
