Anyone know of a source for replacement wormwheels of the correct teeth and size??

Lemac are an acorn company so your not gonna find oem parts.

Our company had them custom made, but it was not cheap.

Yes I’m pretty much at the point of visiting a local engineers to get a quote, but I’m going to have to open a good gearbox to get an example in decent condition.
I did speak to Tech. support to see if they’d consider supplying just the gear, surprise surprise it was a No. I was also told that I should not have opened the gearbox, well if somethings is out of warranty then of course I’m going to look into what has caused a fault.
