Very sad news today, obviously the details are unknown at this time but even so, a real reminder why we all must maintain the highest standards and why things should always be done properly.

Agreed Kevin. Safety and Servicing is paramount also damaging to the industry when not not in accordance with manufacturers instructions but it would be wrong of Companies using instances like this as leverage for business. RIP little angel.
