robbrownstairliftMemberAs stated relay contacts have failed, if displayed on initial power up of board check battery voltage before replacing/repairing board.

ParticipantCan also be caused by high resistance on a limit switch or bad battery connection. It can also be a motor gearbox failure as well. What type of seat does it have?.
If its a sarum with a power swivel the change over microswitch No/Nc black one in the swivel can go high resistance and cause an led 1 fault. On sienna or starla seats a swivel micro switch can cause an led1 fault. If its the later 2 then it would only go led1 on one direction sarum example would only happen on a down call. Starla and sienna could be up or down depending on what swivel switch was playing up. If its a motor fault you can normally tell by giving it a hand wind same time as putting a call in. \If it starts up then its the motor. I have had led 1 faults occur on all of the above examples more than I have had pcb fails. (12 years a stannah engineer). Hope this helps. 😉 -
