Stannah 600 footplate issue

Hi
Today I have worked on a stannah 600 with an intermittent fault
I think that the problem was the the options pcb was hanging off of the main pcb (ie nothing holding the two pcbs together and the main connection was half out.
Since I have secured this connection the powered footplate won’t work!
I did move the footplate manually when working on the lift,Now when pressing the switch on the arm there is no response at all!
Can someone tell me if the footplate could need resetting?
It is possible that I might have accicdently moved one of the dip switches on the options board(SW7)
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. -
Any Stannah experts?

Resets by switching of battery isolator switch at back of carriage then back on
