Stannah 600 RR removal for new carpet to be fitted.

Following a split tap connector in the bathroom which flooded the landing I need to replace the carpets, including the staircase. I have so far drawn a blank finding anyone that can remove and reinstall the stairlift.
Does anyone have any advice or experience of doing this as I am now thinking I may have to do it myself? I have the installation manual and am hoping that minimal dismantling will be required to enable it to go back as it is now.
