Hi,

I am a non-pro hoping to get a bit of advice.

Neighbour, old guy, cannot afford the callout charge in order to have batts on an old Minivator changed.

I said that I would have a crack at it before I realised the possible complexity.

The chair has no obvious model number (see pic) and I am hoping that removing the 3 screws (pic) will allow access to the batts with, again hopefully, easy removal and replacement.

Any word of advice would be greatly appreciated
