Sorry guys…i couldn’t view my first post and assumed it hadn’t (or i messed up) worked, so i think i might have reposted (flame suit on). I cannot see my posts after sending them for some reason (i have altered the mods). Apologies for the confusion as i only want to find a resolve for my father. My father is lives in Derby and his stair lift is a GIMSON MkIII and the serial number Is GCL.13992
