Very weird, if you have checked at the board then the wiring and switches must be ok. Can only be a board fault

If it is the main board with the green connectors then it is easy to put link out those circuits as a double check because the board is not cheap

I presume you have tried a reset?

Also may be worth changing the dip settings so its not looking for comms on the slide track
