Thanks Robbie I’d checked the basics – I’ve had quite a bit of experience with these over the years, I used to work on the AC Stratus and then the DC version with solenoids under the charge plates!
This is just a once in a while thing where the lift stops alsmost as if to double check the hinge is down.
The main areas that I will now explore are the possibility that the hinge switch has become resistive and is dropping a small voltage across it meaning it is below threshhold for the hinge enable signal. And Aux output from the PCB is 10.5 – 11.5 volts so I’m wiondering whether the board has a 12volt regulator which is failing.
Time to try and source some replacement PCB’s I think.
