What would I be doing at Oak Tree Mobility?….

Working within our customer service office, our Customer Service agents play a fundamental role in the business, being the first port of call to our existing customers. Your day-to-day role would include

    • Working in the customer service office as part of the customer service team.
    • Receiving inbound calls and making outbound to existing customers
    • Building rapport with customers
    • Liaising with key stakeholders and suppliers
    • Booking engineer appointments

    • Have an excellent telephone manner
    • Are able to build rapport with customers along with being patient

    • Are computer literate

Hours Monday-Friday 9 00am – 5 00pm. With 1 in 5 Saturday mornings 09 00 – 13 00.

Salary the basic salary is £18,525 with a bonus scheme giving potential earnings of £19,825.
