Job DescriptionpDESCRIPTION/ppDo you have what it takes to be a successful Self employed – Field Sales Consultant./ppOak Tree is hiring right across the UK./ppWe offer a broad range of home products: including rise recliner chairs, beds and bath lifts. Employing almost 150 staff, 40 sales professionals are supported by over 100 dedicated personnel operating from its Bristol city centre headquarters, to provide a first class customer relations and installation service./ppWeve been going for 10+ years, and people remain at the heart of our business – both customers and staff./ppbr/ppstrongWhat youll be doing:/strong/ppAs an Oak Tree Field Sales Consultant youll attend appointments booked by our in-house telesales team in customers homes; helping them realise their own vision using a creative consultative approach (with a little help from our bespoke design software)./ppWorking with us, youll quickly become an expert on our extensive range of products./ppOur marketing department spends 6m on advertising every year, all appointments we make are from calls that customers make to us, which creates an average of 500-600 weekly enquiries for our consultants to follow up on each week./ppstrongWhat were looking for:/strong/ppYoure customer-focused. You talk and listen. Sales experience is great, but you dont sell- you find solutions to problems. Youre a troubleshooter, committed to getting the best result for all concerned. Not just because its your job; but because you care./ppYou have a positive outlook. Energy and confidence set great sales people apart from the mediocre. People are drawn to positivity. And lets be honest: we do business with people we like. You know how to handle rejection too: with a smile./ppstrongRequirements/strong/pul liDirect sales experience./li liWilling to travel./li liYou must have the physical ability to demonstrate a chair and bed in the customers home./li liMobility industry experience preferred but not essential./li liFull UK driving licence and DBS check is mandatory./li /ulpstrongBenefits/strong/ppstrongReady to reap the rewards?/strong/ppOur Field Sales Consultants pull in between 60,000 and 80,000 per year (OTE) on average. Our top Sales Consultant earns 100,000.
