The role of a Recruiter is to work with candidates by taking them through a Discovery Process. The Recruiter works directly with the Franchise Growth Manager and Recruitment Coordinator to achieve mobility plus goal of placing great people in our family of franchised operators.

- Sales/Contact Management software (CRM), Internet, Email, Microsoft Word and Excel
Expectations/Responsibilities
- Will build and develop leads in addition to the leads provided to maintain an active pipeline of candidates that is correlate to the goals and targets of the organization
- Never waits for their pipeline to be filled
- Will produce a minimum number of signed franchise agreements for new units over any 12-month period
- Provide the Franchise Growth Manager with an update on their pipeline and where candidates are in the process
- Will request assistance, coaching, and strategy planning as needed to meet recruitment objectives
- Manage time to help with lead generation so that new candidates are always being generated for the pipeline
- Will follow-up with candidates and other key contacts as quickly as humanly possible
- Can determine financial and background qualification of the candidate
- Will help coordinate and participate in the discovery day process as requested
- Provide recruitment forecasts, targeted sales plans, as well as other recaps and projections as needed and/or requested
- Develop and implement strategies for targeted markets
- Will always operate with honesty and demonstrate a high level of character
Preferred Experience/Education
- A version of business ownership experience—has started, developed, and successfully solid a business
- Involvement in sales and sales management as a business owner
- Understands the basics of various small business funding options (SBA, conventional, LOC, HELOC, Retirement fund rollovers)
- Has experience dealing with real estate and territory demographics and analysis
- A strong understanding and experience in a solution and consultative selling environment
- Business ownership training, seminars, etc.
- Solid knowledge of the industry segment, including trends, challenges, etc.
- College education
- Small business finance
- Structured sales training
