Acorn 180 curved stairlift problems.

Hi All. Had to buy 2 sets of stairlifts for my mother. Got it taken out of both previous houses. And first set is actually in place with the chair but we are struggling with the next bit of reprogramming it. We tried to move it and the chair went on the wonk. The track we have is just a set of straight, no curves. Just need it going up and down and cant figure out anything. Ive seen on here a lotta people talking about an installation guide? Does that actually say how to do this? Does anyone have this? If you do or can sell it to me please contact me. Im in need of this working asap. Many thanks.
