Ascenda Inclined Platform Lift

I don’t suppose anyone has a manual for one of these?
I’m currently dealing with one which has had a hard life and by the look of it a few non standard modifications made.
It would be handy to get an idea of what it was set up like originally.

Hi Kevin
Think these were supplied by Thyssen Access it may be that you just have one with the American badge on it

Is it like the European Supra??

No not really – rope drive, battery powered. Manual folding arms and secondary levers for platform edge ramps, powered folding platform and powered folding long side edge ramp.

Nope never seen one.. makes you wonder who the hell imports these things, do you know who the original installer is??

Just had a quick Google and it seems that Ascenda is registered trademark of Access industries

Access have no mention of it even in the dealers technical section, I think its probably just too old (around 95-95) for any official support so thought I’d see if anyone had anything stuck away on a dusty shelf somewhere.
Don’t know who installed it, a local elevator firm used to maintain it I beleive.
