great to see someone actually testing the the batteries!
500ma fuse on main board then check the continuity of the loom to the chair arm, ep plug on the board, goes up from main board to connector under seat pad then up to chair arm and seat back for the remote receiver, usual suspect is the chair arm loom where it passes from the chair back into the arm, the constant folding the arm up and down work hardens the cables and the fracture after a while
pins 10 and 7 redblack/red cables- key switch-on/off switch
also check grey/black – orange/black and pink/black – red/black cables with the seat in the travel position, both swivel seat switches, both have to made, nc for the lift to run
stanahs are simple to work on for fault finding, all safety circuits are in and out signals off the board
12 way ep plug – chair loom/remotes
4 way dp plug – top skate safety edges
9 way cp plug – cluster switches
4 way ap plug – footrest safety edges
4 way bp plug – carriage cover safety edge switches
